Returns processing typically occurs within 10 business days of your return gear being shipped back, for more information on when to expect your refund, see here.
To view the status of a return you have sent back, simply head to our Returns Portal and enter the order number and email address that you used to place the order:
Click on the “Track Returns Package” button above your returned item(s):
