U.S. OrdersTo start your return, you'll need the order reference number (e.g. R123456789) and the email you used to place your order. Then, you can select the item(s) you’d like to return.

Please note: refunds take about 10 business days for processing upon receiving your return package at our Returns Center. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your return has been verified and your refund has been issued. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to process the refund once processed.
Returning items in multiple boxes?
If you need to ship back multiple boxes, you will need to create a separate return label for each box. In these scenarios, begin the return process as described above and select only the items that will fit in the first box. Our portal will generate one return label for that box. Then, begin a new return in the portal and select only the items that will fit in the second box. We'll generate a second label for the second box. Please do not combine multiple different return authorizations into the same return package, as this may cause your refund to be delayed or unprocessed.
Returning an item marked "returnable to vendor?"
Please reach out to us here for help with these returns, as they need to be handled outside of our return portal.
Returning a gift?
Please head to the same return link above and click on the "Start your gift return and exchange" link at the bottom of the page, instead of starting a regular return. This will allow a refund to store credit to be issued to your personal Huckberry account, instead of the original purchaser's account. Note: the original purchaser will not be notified of a gift return.
You'll need the order reference number (R123456789 with no additional characters, ie. #) and the delivery zip code exactly as it is shown on the packing slip.

Holiday Returns: Orders placed between November 1st and December 31st are eligible for return by January 31st of the following year.
Standard Returns: Orders are eligible for return within 30 days unless otherwise stated as final sale.
We want you to love your Huckberry experience, so we offer free returns on most* orders sent to U.S. addresses (excluding final sale items). We also accept returns of packages delivered to international addresses; international customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return postage. See here for further instructions.Returned items must be:
- In brand new, unworn condition
- Item(s) must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged or they will not qualify
- Item(s) must include original packaging and tags
*While most items are eligible for return, some items are Final Sale and are clearly marked on their specific product pages, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails. Final Sale items are never eligible for return or exchanges. If you are questioning whether or not your item is Final Sale, please check out this article for more information.
Some items are not returnable to Huckberry but are returnable to the original vendor (mattresses, chairs, etc). Those items will be clearly marked as “Returnable to Vendor” on their specific product pages, in your shopping cart, during checkout, and in order confirmation emails. Heads up!
- Footwear must be returned exactly the way it was shipped to you: completely clean and unworn with the shoes in their original, undamaged shoe box. We recommend trying shoes on in the house first to ensure they fit before venturing outside. If we sent your shoebox within a larger box, please send the shoe box inside of that larger box to preserve the shoe box. Any footwear returns that do not include the original undamaged shoebox will not be accepted.
- Certain product categories are ineligible for return, including (but not limited to) face masks and coverings, underwear, grooming products, food/drink items, and items marked on their product pages as final sale.
- Refunds do not include any shipping costs paid on your original order, if applicable.

To check to see if your order is eligible to be canceled, please visit your order history page here and then "View + Track Order" next to your recent purchase. If the "Cancel Order" button is present on the order page, you can cancel the order and place a new order if you'd like with your new address or updated item(s). Please allow up to 5 minutes for the button to appear after placing your order.
If the Cancel Order button is not present on the order page, your order is currently being processed and can no longer be changed or canceled.

How do I purchase a Virtual Gift Card?
We offer Virtual Gift Cards in denominations of $25 to $500, available for purchase on our website here. Virtual Gift Cards are digital only, meaning they are delivered via email. When purchasing, you can specify the recipient's email address and choose a delivery date. The recipient will receive an email from yo@huckberry.com containing a unique code that can be applied to their Huckberry account.
Important Notes:
- No expiration: Virtual Gift Card do not expire.
- Delivery timing: Virtual Gift Card cards are not sent instantly. If you select the same day as your purchase for delivery, the Virtual Gift Card will be sent within 24 hours. Otherwise, it will be sent at 12:01 AM on the chosen delivery date.
- Shipping address: During checkout, we will ask for a shipping address. This is just a formality for processing the order, as most of our products are physically shipped. Rest assured, no physical gift card will be mailed; the Virtual Gift Card will be emailed to your recipient on the selected date.
- Custom amounts: While we cannot customize Virtual Gift Card values beyond the available denominations ($25, $50, $100, $150, $250, $500), you can combine multiple Virtual Gift Cards to reach the desired total value.
- Delivery confirmation: We will send a confirmation email to the address you provide at checkout once your Virtual Gift Card has been delivered to the recipient.

How do I redeem my Virtual Gift Card or promo code?
To redeem your Virtual Gift Card or promo code, go to the "Apply a promo or gift card" section in your cart or during checkout. Once applied, the value of your Virtual Gift Card will be added to your Huckberry account as store credit and will automatically be applied to your next purchase(s).

Why does my tracking say "Pre-Shipment" for several days?
During the busy holiday season, package shipments reach peak volume, impacting carrier processing times. To speed up deliveries, USPS or UPS may route packages directly to their main shipment hub instead of performing an initial pickup scan. This can result in a "Pre-Shipment" status appearing on your tracking information for up to one full week.
If your package has a tracking number, we can confirm that it has left the Huckberry warehouse during one of the several pickups that occur each day.Should I be worried if my package still shows "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created"?
It’s common for tracking to stay in "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created" status for up to a week as USPS or UPS process your package at their hub.
When should I contact Huckberry for help?
If your tracking status has not updated after one full week from the shipment date, please reach out to us at support@huckberry.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

We are observing some carrier delays due to high volume with USPS and UPS. If your package has a tracking number, rest assured it has left the Huckberry Distribution Center and is en route to you.
Tracking delays may be a result of a backlog at the carrier hub or a missed scan by the carrier. Typically, package tracking is updated within 3-5 days. We appreciate your patience! If it has been over 5 days and your tracking still shows "label created" please feel free to contact us at support@huckberry.com
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information for your order.Once your order has shipped, you can quickly access tracking information in the Order History section of your Huckberry account.
Some orders containing multiple items will ship in separate packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each package.
Please note that delivery windows are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volume. We do not make delivery guarantees for standard or expedited shipments.

Trying to find your package? Sorry — this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off.
Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox, and mail room to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, concierges, and coworkers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it for you.
Please note that in some cases we must file a carrier claim and a refund will not be issued until the completion of the carrier investigation.
If your package still hasn’t turned up within 3 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.

Huckberry carries products from many different brands, so sizing varies. Please see the "Sizing" tab at the bottom of each individual product page for our sizing advice on a specific item.

Clothing Sizing
We try whenever possible to provide a size chart with exact garment measurements for each size. Occasionally, we instead provide body measurements (the measurements of the person who would wear a given size). We always note which type of measurement is provided.
We always recommend comparing the garment size chart measurements against those of a similar item you already own and whose fit you like or against your own current body measurements.
For garments with garment measurement size charts, here's where to measure:
All garment measurements are taken with the item laid flat and any zippers, buttons, etc. closed up.
Tops:
- Half Chest: Measure across the front chest at 1 inch/2.5 cm below the armpits of the garment.
- Chest: Double the Half Chest measurement.
- Length: With the garment face up, measure from the spot where the collar of the garment meets the shoulder seam straight down to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder: With the garment face down, measure from the left shoulder seam straight across the upper back to the right shoulder seam.
- Sleeve: With the garment face down and any sleeves stretched out, measure from the center of the back where the collar meets the body of the shirt down the length of the sleeve, including any cuff.
Bottoms:
- Waist: With the garment face up, measure across the waistband and double this for the waist circumference.
- Keep in mind that, for many clothing brands, the actual waist circumference is often not equal to the garment size and is usually larger. For example, a size 34 pant often has an actual waist circumference of 35 inches or more.

- Inseam: Measure from the seam in the center of the crotch down the leg seam to the bottom of the leg, including any cuff.
- Thigh: Measure across the leg from 1 inch/2.5 cm below the crotch and double this to get the thigh circumference.
- Leg Opening: measure across the leg opening and double to get the leg opening circumference.
For garments with body measurement size charts, we recommend measuring your body and finding the size that matches your body's measurements, using a soft cloth measuring tape. Metal measuring tapes do not accurately measure the curves of the body. If you don't have a soft cloth measuring tape, measure yourself with a piece of string and compare this length to a hard ruler or metal measuring tape.
Here's where to measure your body; having someone else measure you allows more accurate results:
- Chest: Stand and take a deep breath. While holding it, measure around your chest 1 inch/2.5 cm below your armpits.
- Shoulder: You may need an assistant for this one. Stand away from the measurer and have them measure from the end of one shoulder (where you arm starts to taper down) across to the end of the other shoulder.
- Sleeve: You may need an assistant for this one. Hold your arm out wide and firm. Measure from the center of your back where it meets your neck down the outside of your arm to your wrist.
- Waist: Stand and bend to one side and find the natural fold in your side. Put your finger in that place. Stand back up, take a deep breath, and, while holding it, measure around your body at that point.
- Thigh: You may need an assistant for this one. Stand and measure 1 inch/2.5 cm below the crotch around your leg.
- Inseam: You'll need an assistant for this one. Stand and measure from the crotch down your inner leg to the bottom of your ankle.
Footwear SizingUnless otherwise marked, all footwear is shown in U.S. men's sizes. Every shoe brand and style is different, and specific information will be marked on the "sizing" tab on their product pages (scroll down if you aren't seeing this). Please check there before selecting your size, as some products fit smaller or larger than others.
- Half Chest: Measure across the front chest at 1 inch/2.5 cm below the armpits of the garment.

Due to Huckberry's business model, some brands and sales are only on the site for a limited time, so we won't always restock something we've sold in the past.
If there's a particular product you're interested in that's currently sold out, we recommend signing up for a restock notification on the product page by selecting your out of stock desired size or color and then clicking the 'Notify Me' button.
Once you've done that, we will automatically send you an email if and when that item is back in stock!

You can view the order status of any recent orders in your Order History. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. We will also send you a tracking confirmation email with the tracking details once it has shipped. Please double-check your spam or promotions folder in your email inbox.
