First, you'll be asked to enter the email address you use for your Huckberry account. Then, you can select the item(s) you’d like to return, and print a pre-paid postage label that you can drop off at any USPS Post Office or FedEx location.
Note that you will not be able to select any Final Sale or Returnable to Supplier items included in your order when initiating a return.
If your item is Returnable to Supplier, please contact our support team by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your order reference number (e.g. R123456789)
- What items you’d like to return
- Reason you want to return the product (we love feedback!)
If eligible, we’ll get back to you ASAP with instructions on how to return your item to the original vendor.
If you're returning an item you received as a gift, please head over to returns.huckberry.com/gifts to submit your request for a return label.
We are not currently able to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside of the U.S.
As a result, international customers are responsible for return shipping. Please send your return package to:

Be sure to include your packing slip, or if you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, email address registered on Huckberry, and order reference number.
For international returns, we recommend that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been issued.
Returning Multiple Orders
Our portal can accommodate returning items from multiple orders, as long as the products are eligible for return.
If you are sending your return with multiple boxes, you will need to create separate returns for each box. A return authorization only generates one prepaid label, so if you need multiple labels, you'll need to multiple return requests.
