For most items, you'll have the option of returning your gear by mail or, in many areas, to a local mall or retail store (called a Return Bar).
To get everything set up, we'll ask for the order reference number (e.g. R123456789) and the shipping zip code as it appears in your order confirmation email. Then, you can select the item(s) you’d like to return.
Returning items by mail?
Please hand the package over to FedEx, for the fastest refund, or the Post Office if that is more convenient. We'll email you when your refund is issued.
Returning items in multiple boxes?
You will need to create a separate return label for each box. Begin the return process as described above and select only the items that will fit in the first box. Our portal will generate one return label for that box. Then, begin a new return in the portal and select only the items that will fit in the second box. We'll generate a second label for the second box.

We are not currently able to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside of the U.S.

Inside the package, be sure to include your packing slip, or if you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, email address registered on Huckberry, and order reference number (R123456789).
For international returns, we recommend that you keep your return tracking information until your refund has been issued.
