There, you’ll be able to enter your order reference number found on your accounts page, order confirmation email, and packing slip (starts with R — for example, R123456789). Then, select the item(s) you’d like to return, and print a pre-paid postage label in just a few simple steps. (Please allow pop-ups on your browser to print the pre-paid postage. Portal is not mobile friendly.) Be sure to include a reason for your return to help us avoid issues down the road!
Note that you will not be able to select any Final Sale or Returnable to Supplier items included in your order when initiating a return.
If your item is Returnable to Supplier, please contact our Support Crew by calling +1 (855) 325-8998 or by emailing us at email@example.com and include the following:
- Your order #
- What items you’d like to return
- Reason you want to return the product (we love feedback)
If eligible, we’ll get back to you ASAP with instructions.
