To start your return, you'll need the order reference number (e.g. R123456789) and the shipping zipcode as it appears in your order confirmation email. Then, you can select the item(s) you’d like to return.
For most items, you'll have the option of returning your gear in-person to a local Return Bar location (where available) or mailing your return items with a pre-paid FedEx label.
Please note refunds for mailed returns may take up to 5-10 days for processing upon arrival at the Happy Returns distribution center.
Returning items by mail?
While returning at a Return Bar location ensures the fastest refund, you can also choose to return via FedEx if that is more convenient. Please note that refund processing times will be 5-10 business days upon arrival for mailed returns. Please do not send returns via UPS (United Parcel Service) or USPS (United States Postal Service). We'll email you when your refund is issued.
Returning items in multiple boxes?
You will need to create a separate return label for each box. Begin the return process as described above and select only the items that will fit in the first box. Our portal will generate one return label for that box. Then, begin a new return in the portal and select only the items that will fit in the second box. We'll generate a second label for the second box.
Returning an item marked "returnable to vendor?"

Returning a gift?
Please head to the same return link above and click on the "Start a gift return" link instead of starting a regular return. This will allow you to get store credit to your email address instead of the original purchaser's account.
You'll need the order reference number (R123456789 with no additional characters, ie. #) and the delivery zip code shown on the packing slip.

We are not currently able to provide prepaid return labels for addresses outside the U.S. We apologize for the inconvenience!

Inside the package, be sure to include your packing slip; if you no longer have your packing slip, please leave a note with your name, email address registered on Huckberry, and order reference number (R123456789). Please note, we cannot process merchandise exchanges for customers outside the U.S.
