What is the status of my order?

You can view the order status of any recent orders in your Order History. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. We will also send you a tracking confirmation email with the tracking details once it has shipped. Please double-check your spam or promotions folder in your email inbox.

Order processing is about 2-8 business days during the peak holiday season. Please also refer to your order confirmation email for estimated delivery windows.

If you aren't seeing any updates on your order/tracking, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll be happy to help!
