What is the status of my order?

December 2024 Update:

We are observing some carrier delays due to high volume with USPS and UPS. If your package has a tracking number, rest assured it has left the Huckberry Distribution Center and is en route to you.

Tracking delays may be a result of a backlog at the carrier hub or a missed scan by the carrier. Typically, package tracking is updated within 7 days. We appreciate your patience! If it has been over one week and your tracking still shows "label created" please feel free to contact us at support@huckberry.com

You can view the order status of any recent orders in your Order History. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. We will also send you a tracking confirmation email with the tracking details once it has shipped. Please double-check your spam or promotions folder in your email inbox.

Order processing is about 2-8 business days during the peak holiday season. Please also refer to your order confirmation email for estimated delivery windows.
