What is the status of my order?

You can view the order status of any recent orders in your Order History. You will receive an order confirmation email with your estimated delivery window immediately after placing your order. Order fulfillment time at our warehouse is typically 1-2 business days.

Once shipped, you will also receive a tracking confirmation email with a link to your tracking page. Please double-check your spam or promotions folder in your email inbox.

If your package has a tracking number, rest assured it has left the Huckberry warehouse and is en route to you. Sometimes, tracking delays may be a result of a backlog at the carrier hub or a missed scan by the carrier. Typically, package tracking is updated within a few days. We appreciate your patience! If it has been more than 3 business days without an update and your tracking still shows "label created" please feel free to contact us at support@huckberry.com
