If you purchased your item from Amazon or another retailer other than Huckberry.com, please initiate your return directly with that retailer.
U.S. Orders
To start an online return, you'll need your order reference number (e.g. R123456789) and the email address used to place your order. Once you enter those, you can select the item(s) you’d like to return.
A reminder from our Return Policy, returned items must be:
- Purchased directly from Huckberry.com
- In brand new, unworn condition
- Item(s) must not have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged
- Item(s) must include original packaging and tags
Refunds typically take 10 business days to process once received at our Returns Center. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.
Returning items in multiple boxes?
If you’re returning multiple boxes, create a separate return label for each one in the portal. Please do not combine multiple return authorizations in a single box — items combined under the incorrect return label will not be refunded.
Returning an item marked “returnable to vendor”?
Please contact us here for assistance — these returns must be handled outside of our portal.
Returning a gift?
Head to the same return link above and click on “Start your gift return and exchange” at the bottom of the page. This will issue store credit to your Huckberry account rather than refunding the purchaser. The original purchaser will not be notified of the gift return.

IMPORTANT: Once you have shipped your package, please contact our team immediately with your return carrier and tracking details. Please include your order number and item(s) being returned in your request.
Please note that you may be responsible for duties or taxes on return shipments, depending on the customs agreement between your country and the U.S.
Best Practices for International Returns:
Label the shipment clearly as “Returned Goods,” “Warranty Return,” or “Return Merchandise.”
Declare a low or nominal customs value when appropriate for processing.
Avoid declaring the item as a new retail purchase.
Include your packing slip (or a note with your name, email, and order #) inside the box.
