If your repair needs are covered under the terms of the 10-Year Guarantee below, please contact our support team with a photo showing the damage. Please note for any fabric repairs, the material used will be from the 2016 edition of the hoodie, with the choice of the following colors: black, gray, green, heather gray, or navy.
What does the 10-Year Guarantee cover?
We've made our 10-Year Hoodie to last for the next decade, so we'll help you mend it free of charge should life ever get in the way. If your hoodie rips, tears, or comes apart at the seams, let us know, and we’ll work with you to repair it. It's that easy!
Our mending guarantee applies only to rips, tears, holes, split seams, and broken zippers. Our guarantee does NOT cover stains or discolorations, or broad fabric damage caused by burns, abrasion, or corrosion.
How long will the repair take?
While turnaround time varies depending both on the volume of repairs and how much mending a particular garment needs, we will try our best to have your hoodie back in the mail to you within 30 days of receiving it. However, zipper repairs may take longer if they are needed. Please note that we will only work on hoodies that have been washed immediately prior to being sent in for repair.
The Fine Print:
There's really not much fine print - if you send the thing back to us, we'll fix it and send it back to you. Return postage is on us (that is to say, shipping back to you once you've shipped it to us for mending), but you're responsible for sending it in.
