What is the Proof Sweat Test Guarantee? We believe Proof gear is the best in the world for travel, work, and everyday active moments. We want you to put it to the test—literally. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with the performance, comfort, or durability of your Proof item after wearing it, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

How do I initiate a Sweat Test return? Since these items have been worn or washed, they cannot be processed through our standard automated returns portal.

To start a claim, please email us at support@huckberry.com with the subject line, “Sweat Test Guarantee” and include your order number in the email. A member of our team will provide you with instructions and a short feedback form.

Why do I have to fill out a feedback form? We share all Sweat Test feedback directly with the Proof design team. Your "field notes" on fit, fabric, and performance help us build better gear for the next season.

Does this apply to Proof items bought elsewhere? No. This guarantee is exclusive to the Huckberry community. Only items purchased directly from Huckberry.com or an official Huckberry retail store after January 1, 2026 are eligible. Proof items purchased through third-party retailers, second-hand sites, or marketplaces do not qualify.

Are there any limitations? To keep this program sustainable, we have a few common-sense rules:

  • Limit: One Sweat Test Guarantee claim per customer, per calendar year.
  • Full Price Only: The guarantee applies to full-priced items. "Final Sale" items are excluded.
  • Abuse: We reserve the right to limit or refuse a claim if we suspect a pattern of policy abuse or fraudulent activity.

Huckberry reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Proof Sweat Test Guarantee program at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to, changes in eligibility requirements, the frequency of claims allowed, or the brand/product scope of the guarantee.

In the event of program termination, Huckberry will honor all valid claims initiated prior to the date of termination, provided the claim meets all other eligibility criteria. Huckberry’s decision regarding the continuation, modification, or cessation of this program is final.
