How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information for your order.

Once your order has shipped, you can quickly access tracking information in the Order History section of your Huckberry account.

Some orders containing multiple items will ship in separate packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each package.

Please note that delivery windows are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volume. We do not make delivery guarantees for standard or expedited shipments.

At times, there may be carrier delays outside of our control. If your package has a tracking number, rest assured it has left the Huckberry Distribution Center the same day and is en route to you.

Tracking delays may be a result of a backlog at the carrier hub or a missed scan by the carrier. Typically, package tracking is updated within 3-5 days. We appreciate your patience! If it has been over 5 days and your tracking still shows "label created" or "pre-shipment" please feel free to contact us at support@huckberry.com
