Why does my tracking say "Pre-Shipment" for several days?
During the busy holiday season, package shipments reach peak volume, impacting carrier processing times. To speed up deliveries, USPS or UPS may route packages directly to their main shipment hub instead of performing an initial pickup scan. This can result in a "Pre-Shipment" status appearing on your tracking information for up to one full week.
If your package has a tracking number, we can confirm that it has left the Huckberry warehouse during one of the several pickups that occur each day.
Should I be worried if my package still shows "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created"?
It’s common for tracking to stay in "Pre-Shipment" or "Label Created" status for up to a week as USPS or UPS process your package at their hub.
